Problem.Revenue ops happens in scattered tabs.
Build.A single Notion dashboard tracking pipeline, follow-ups, and weekly priorities.
Output.A working RevOps home page the team opens every Monday.
This is the deep view of the LearnFast arc. Twelve hands-on sessions across three months that take the same future-skills thinking we deliver to youth at SNC, and turn it into the way a partner team plans, sells, ships, and reports. Available for qualifying partners.
At SNC, delegates sit through sessions on AI literacy, Notion planning, and freelancing-grade execution. Those sessions are not stand-alone talks. They are the same building blocks that a partner team uses for revenue operations, internal knowledge, and team execution.
LearnFast takes those building blocks and stretches them into a 3-month arc for the partner team. Twelve workshops, each tied to a real problem the team already has, each ending with something the team can open on Monday morning and use.
By the end of the arc, the team is not just trained. The team has a working stack.
Every workshop follows the same pattern. Name the business problem. Build the thing. Hand back an output the team owns. The arc is sequenced so that what gets built in week three is the foundation for week six.

Problem.Campaigns go out manually and follow-ups are inconsistent.
Build.A simple email sequence, trigger, and list-management workflow.
Output. One nurture sequence and one launch sequence live in the team's tooling.
Problem.Deals stall because nobody nudges them.
Build.A follow-up cadence and reminder routing system.

Build.A notes-to-tasks workflow using AI assistance.
Output.Every meeting ends with assigned tasks in the team's task list.
Problem.Proposals are slow to write and hard to track.
Build.Templated proposals and client-facing portals with approval tracking.
Output.A faster, cleaner proposal-to-signed-deal motion.
Problem.Content output is bursty and inconsistent.
Build.A repeatable content production and distribution process in Notion.

Problem.Leadership flies blind between board meetings.
Build.A visibility dashboard for pipeline, output, and operating metrics.
Output.A one-page weekly leadership report generated automatically.
Problem.Knowledge lives in people, not systems.
Build. An AI-assisted SOP system and searchable knowledge base.
Output.Any new team member can find the answer to "how do we do X" within 30 seconds.
Problem. The systems built across the arc need to talk to each other.
Build.Automation glue in the style of n8n, Make, or Zapier connecting the stack.
Output. The team's systems flow automatically end to end.
Problem.A beautifully built system that leadership does not own gets abandoned.
Build. An executive demo of the full RevOps stack with explicit ownership handoff.
Output.Leadership signs off and the team owns the system going forward.
The RevOps home page and the pipeline. Workshops 1 and 2. The team has a single place to look on Monday morning.
Lead routing, marketing sequences, sales follow-up, meeting to tasks. Workshops 3 to 6. No lead lost, no deal stuck, no meeting wasted.
Proposal templates, client portals, and the content engine. Workshops 7 and 8. The outward-facing motion gets faster and more consistent.
Leadership dashboard and AI SOPs. Workshops 9 and 10. Visibility for the top, durability for the rest of the team.
The connective tissue and the executive demo. Workshops 11 and 12. The stack flows end to end and leadership owns it.
Enablement at this depth only works when the partner team is set up to absorb it. That means real partnership scope, a willing internal owner, and activation that connects the event relationship to a clear capability-building goal.
Access depends on partnership level, fit, and activation scope. We confirm qualification on a short partner call before any commitment is made.
If the arc maps to a real problem the team is trying to solve, the call is short. If it does not, the call is even shorter. Either way, the team gets a clear answer.
