Programme

The conference agenda and the impact agenda.

This page now keeps the whole story in one place: the 4-day Summer National Conference, then the 5-week school-facing Impact Initiative. The sessions page still gives the deeper activation notes. This page is the overall programme map.

Conference agenda

Four days of national-conference energy in clean sequence.

Each day shows the actual agenda flow, including breaks. Clock times will be confirmed by AIESEC Mongolia closer to the event; sequence here reflects the planned arc.

Impact Initiative agenda

Five Saturdays of school-facing delivery with 200+ students.

This is the post-conference impact agenda. Each Saturday has its own theme, but the weeks are connected and cumulative. Partners looking at CSR, education, or community outcomes should read this as one arc, not five separate events.

Week 1 · Sat 6 Jun

Who am I in my community?

The arc opens with identity, belonging, and the first classroom-facing delivery moment.

Week 2 · Sat 13 Jun

Understanding my community

Students and delegates move from identity into observation, context, and local problem awareness.

Week 3 · Sat 20 Jun

Building my community

The programme shifts from understanding to contribution, participation, and action.

Week 4 · Sat 27 Jun

Impacting my community

Visible application, responsibility, and community impact become the center of the week.

Week 5 · Sat 4 Jul

Living the impact

Reflection, continuity, and the closing story the students carry forward.

Where LearnFast fits

The public programme and the partner enablement path are separate by design.

The conference and the Impact Initiative are the public-facing event journey. LearnFast is the qualifying-partner continuation path for teams that want those future-skills ideas translated into real operating systems after the event.
